Downdraft Table
Air Science Technologies design and manufacture a range of downdraft tables that are designed to give operator protection while allowing complete, easy and open access to the working area.
The Air Science range of Downdraft Tables are constructed using polypropylene that will not rust or corrode when in contact with water and chemicals.
The Air Science range of Downdraft Tables incorporate carbon filtration technology. Air is drawn downwards through a stainless steel perforated work surface using low noise centrifugal fans. The air can then be safely discharged in to the room or alternatively through external ducting if required.
Inset Downdraft Table
The inset range of Downdraft Tables are designed to fit in to an existing bench. The work surface area of the Downdraft Table is therefore flush with the existing bench top.
Available in sizes: 600mm, 700mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1500mm, 1800mm and 2000mm.

FILTER SELECTION
All Downdraft Tables come installed with a pre filter which captures larger particulates (e.g. dust) before the air is then filtered through to the main filter.
The main filter can be chosen from 14 different types of carbon, which include speciality media for vapours of organics, solvents, acids, mercury and formaldehyde. HEPA filters for particulate filtration are also available to suit your application needs.
EFFICIENT AND ECONOMICAL
These units are energy saving. Clean air is re-circulated into the workspace, therefore, they do not exhaust expensive conditioned and/or heated air into the atmosphere.
